Elmira Lady Express hosted their annual Spring Fling Mothers Day weekend May 8th and 9th. The 16/17 National team won their first game against a very tough and talented Team BX out of Binghamton. Team Bx was missing a couple of players due to injuries and the Lady Express won the game 59-33.

Second game pitted the Lady Express against the always tough Crystal City Stars. A hard fought game down to the wire saw the Lady Express prevail 51-47.

Third game the Lady Express faced an All-Star team made up of New York and Northern Pennsylvania kids. The Lady Express came out on fire and coasted to a 60-22 victory.

 The Lady Express's next tournament is the always tough Albany Capitals Invitational May 22nd-23rd.
