Michelle Kirk and her American University team mates loss to Old Dominion in the first round of the WNIT 63-55 to end their season 22-10. Michelle the Patriot League Player of the Year, broke the single season scoring record for American by amassing 567 points this year; giving her 1,165 points for her career. Michelle is currently 7th on the all-time scoring list for American University. Michelle shot 81% from the foul line this year and 37% from the three point arc. With three very good recruits in the incoming freshman class and American losing just two seniors, American will be tough to beat next year.
